While 3D printing is In-process we integrate the installation of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and window frames, which allows for high-precision fitting and faster project completion. Our proprietary method constructs high-strength, 3D-printed hollow walls that are reinforced with standard rebar and filled with high-performance concrete, and a secure roof ensuring exceptional structural durability. Our hybrid approach significantly increases the tensile strength and shear resistance of the structure. As a result, our 3D-printed structures offer superior resistance against extreme weather conditions, including: tornedos, hurricanes, fires, floods even mold.

Results have shown when 3D printing a small house, it can take as long as 24 hours, but larger projects will take days and even months. Important to note that while NSC3D in in the process of printing homes/structures, at the same time also installs plumbing, electrical work, etc. so that no extra time is needed to install these essential final touches. Yes, 3D printed structures meet or exceed traditional building standards. Our specialized concrete mixtures are engineered for superior strength and durability. All our projects comply with local building codes and undergo rigorous testing to ensure structural integrity and safety.

3D printed structures are exceptionally strong. We use standard concrete mixes (sand, cement, and lime) rather than requiring special or proprietary blends, which can significantly increase costs.
